✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may return products if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You received the wrong item in your order.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

📌 Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚚 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at sales@kmddistributors.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to the courier.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method (via PayFast).

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened toilet tissue packs or partially used products.
  • Items returned beyond the 7-day period.

🚛 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our side (wrong or defective product), we cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return courier fee.
